Can I choose the type of flowers that I want for subscriptions?
Every type of flowers in Carnations are selected tastefully by our florists. As Carnations strives to create the surprising factor to every of our customers, we are unable to entertain customization of flowers for subscriptions at this moment. We hope you’ll love the selections as much as we do.
How do my flowers survive the journey?
We have developed care methods for each individual flower variety within our range hence they are in perfect condition when you receive them.
Must my recipient be present to accept the flowers?
To maintain a fast and efficient delivery process, please ensure that your recipient is present at the delivery address you provided to receive the flowers. The free delivery will only be made ONCE and if the delivery is not successful, the flowers will be sent back to us and a notification will be sent to you. If there’s a need for a re-delivery, a delivery cost will be charged. Re-delivery is also subjected to the condition of the flowers and no replacement flowers will be delivered if the flowers have wilted after being sent back to us.
Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery to most parts of Malaysia excluding remote vacation spots. We also provide deliveries to over a 100+ Countries in 5 Continents via our partner florists from Teleflora International. For International deliveries, please order 2 days in advance. Do you have a cut-off time for taking orders?
Yes we do. Our order cut-off time for same day delivery is on 01:00pm.
Can I change my order details?
You can email us at email@example.com or send us a live chat message to change your order details such as message card or shipping addresses. Changes to any order details can only be made up until 1 working day before your delivery date.
What can I do with your packaging box?
You can reuse the box for other packaging purposes or you can recycle them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payment and PayPal. If you don’t wish to use a credit card, you can also manually bank deposit the payment to us.
How do I pause or cancel my order?
We understand that there will be times that you will be away for holidays for example, and unable to receive the flowers. For scheduled orders, you can pause or cancel by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We just need to know two (2) days before your scheduled delivery day.
Are payments on your site secure?
We work with PayPal to make shopping online safe. PayPal holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held or accessible to us.
